This summary is for orientation only. The sections below are the policy.
This policy explains how refunds work for WorkMark ("WorkMark", "we", "us", "our") subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If the two ever seem to disagree about refunds, this page wins.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all WorkMark purchases: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and invoice, handles sales tax, and processes refunds. WorkMark never sees your card number.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and nothing is ever charged.
You can get a full refund of any charge within 14 days of that charge, for any reason, no questions asked. This covers:
A refunded subscription ends when the refund is issued, and access to paid features stops at that point. Your data is kept and deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
After 14 days, a charge is not refunded pro-rata, including prepaid yearly and three-year terms. If you are unsure, start on the monthly plan.
You can cancel at any time and keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for; no further charges are taken.
We will still support a refund after 14 days if you were charged in error, charged for a renewal after you had cancelled, or the service did not work as described and we could not fix it. Contact us and we will take it up with Paddle for you.
Any of these works:
Paddle refunds approved requests to the original payment method, normally within a few business days of approval. Your bank may take 5–10 more business days to show it.
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first. A refund through Paddle is faster than a dispute through your bank, and it is the same money.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
